This
exhibition was held in conjunction with the Mount Kenya Art
Galleries, featuring works of art from and about Africa by
Timothy Brooks, Ray ‘Charles’ Mbugua, Daniel Njoroge,
Ndambo, Oman Idi, Moses Nyawanda and Pilly Turner from Kenya
and The Ottersburn Gallery Artists - Marian Hartland-Rowe,
Ian Marshall, Diane
Rendle, and Petra
Röhr-Rouendahl.
The
exhibition was dedicated to the memory of Ruth, Lady Khama,
former first lady of Botswana and began the connexion
between the Ottersburn Gallery and the SOS Children's
Villages. The exhibition was
opened by the High Commissioner for Botswana, HE. Roy
Blackbeard.
